Job Summary:
To efficiently ensure the timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards and achieving customer satisfaction.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between the store and brand for all service-related issues.
  • Receive service watches from stores and escalate concerns to the respective brands.
  • Record and update service details in the system for tracking and escalation.
  • Follow up with brands to ensure timely completion of pending services.
  • Assist the Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in maintaining the customer database.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for the transfer of service watches.
  • Prepare and submit daily work reports to the Service Manager.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
