Role

We are seeking a CRM Executive to manage, optimize, and execute our customer relationship management initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, driving retention, and supporting business growth through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day CRM operations, including data updates, segmentation, and campaign execution.
  • Manage and update all student and lead data in the CRM system.
  • Execute targeted email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns to nurture prospects.
  • Track and analyze lead stages to improve conversion and retention rates.
  • Coordinate with the sales, admissions, and marketing teams to ensure consistent follow-ups.
  • Create reports on student inquiries, conversions, and engagement activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 –3 years of experience in CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting tools (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies
  • Creative mindset with data-driven problem-solving ability.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
