Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and AI-driven lead generation tools
- Pitch and sell digital marketing services like SEO, Google Ads (PPC), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Marketing, Email Automation, and Web Development
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, business models, and target industries
- Develop and deliver custom proposals, presentations, and ROI-driven marketing strategies
- Work closely with the tech and marketing teams to craft client-centric solutions
- Use CRM tools, sales enablement platforms, and AI-based analytics to track leads, sales funnel, and customer interactions
- Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients for cross-selling and upselling
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, digital marketing sales, or tech solution selling
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, website technologies, UI/UX, performance marketing, and analytics tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present data-driven marketing strategies and translate technical concepts to clients
- Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce)
- Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
Bonus / Good to Have:
- Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Sales, Digital Marketing, or AI in Sales
- Exposure to tools like ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Semrush, Canva, Notion, Figma, etc.
- Familiarity with cloud storage services, SaaS solutions, or cybersecurity sales is a plus
