Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and AI-driven lead generation tools
  • Pitch and sell digital marketing services like SEO, Google Ads (PPC), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Marketing, Email Automation, and Web Development
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, business models, and target industries
  • Develop and deliver custom proposals, presentations, and ROI-driven marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the tech and marketing teams to craft client-centric solutions
  • Use CRM tools, sales enablement platforms, and AI-based analytics to track leads, sales funnel, and customer interactions
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients for cross-selling and upselling

Must-Have Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, digital marketing sales, or tech solution selling
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, website technologies, UI/UX, performance marketing, and analytics tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present data-driven marketing strategies and translate technical concepts to clients
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software (e.g. Zoho, Salesforce)
  • Strong command of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, and presentation tools

Bonus / Good to Have:

  • Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot Inbound Sales, Digital Marketing, or AI in Sales
  • Exposure to tools like ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Semrush, Canva, Notion, Figma, etc.
  • Familiarity with cloud storage services, SaaS solutions, or cybersecurity sales is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
