Roles & Responsibilities – Customer Relationship Executive (Female Only)

• Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information about healthcare services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their attendants
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments for smooth service delivery
• Attend incoming calls, messages, and walk-in queries professionally
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback collection
• Resolve patient complaints and escalate issues when required
• Maintain customer records, reports, and documentation
• Communicate effectively in multiple languages to support diverse patients
• Ensure patient satisfaction and quality service delivery
• Follow healthcare protocols, ethics, and confidentiality standards

Eligibility:

• Female candidates only
• Any Graduate
• Knowledge of multiple languages preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
