Responsible for managing customer relationships after sales — from delivery coordination to post-delivery service, feedback collection, and customer satisfaction follow-ups. The CRM Executive will ensure a smooth experience for customers and maintain long-term relationships to build brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with logistics team for timely and accurate delivery of materials.
Track and update delivery status in CRM system daily.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests after delivery.
Maintain proper records of delivery, invoices, and feedback forms.
Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with sales and accounts team for issue resolution.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on delivery performance and service issues.
Manage and update customer database for repeat business opportunities.
Support management in improving overall customer experience and retention.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM software).
Good coordination and follow-up ability.
Problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Time management and multitasking ability.
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate (Any Stream)
1–3 years of experience in customer support / CRM / after-sales role (Preferably in building material, tiles, or retail industry).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
