Responsibilties:

Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships

Handle customer enquiries, calls, emails, and walk-in clients professionally

Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery

Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing clients regularly

Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and follow-up status

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular interaction and support

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner

Collect customer feedback and report insights to management

Support the sales and project teams to ensure smooth client communication

Track post-sales activities and ensure proper handover to execution teams

Contribute to repeat business and client referrals
