Job Title: Business Analyst with CRM & Wealth Mgt

Experience: 8+ years

Location: Pune

Domain: Banking

Budget: upto 25LPA (on case-to-case basis)

Notice Period: upto 30 Days


The workweek will consist of three days at the client location, although this may change according to business needs.


Skillset:

· 8+ years in the technology change space with a background in CRM transformation initiatives in the financial/wealth management domain

· Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently, perform multiple tasks and take decisions where necessary, under minimal supervision

· Should demonstrate accountability and ownership over and above assigned tasks

· Strong analytical and logical thought process to be able to independently drive and influence positive changes

· High level of curiosity and a keenness for constant improvement

· Tenacious and resilient, able to operate in fast moving environment with attention to details

· Good presentation skills, being able to structure the communication points & lead audiences through the key messages

· Good team player and willingness to go the ‘extra mile’ to achieve common team goals

Domain or platform knowlegde / experience:

· Closely with Emerging Markets Transformation team and business stakeholders for implementing solutions to business problems.

· Interactions with business user communities

· Able to drive discussions with user to understand and capture business requirements, and communicate / ‘sell’ solution proposals

· Handle & manage user queries, including e2e incident management

· Support in overall Change Management, including interactions to drive up user awareness

· Conduct training, develop training materials

· Managing CRM SharePoint page

· Managing solution design

· Ability to collaborate with architects and development team to translate business requirements into solution designs

· Creative thinking, think out of box

· Good understanding of Salesforce capabilities and peripheral system capabilities

· Good architectural awareness, take into consideration to develop lasting solution

· Own UAT testing & managing BISO, TISO approvals, and L2 sign offs

· Manage the Sprint demo, L1/L2 walkthrough and seeing through the sign offs

· Able to work well with developers & testers and at times do mini- project management, as role will be critical in seeing through e2e lifecycle of an initiative

· Managing interactions with other squads / tribes for dependencies / joint initiatives

· Leading investigations into incidents / production issues / data inaccuracies

· Good and structured investigative approach

· Comfortable in handling large amount of data as may be required to do reconciliations
