We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager/Executive with a strong background in customer service and communication to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building lasting client relationships, managing customer satisfaction, and driving retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Resolve client queries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvements.

Requirements:

• 2 to 7 years of proven experience in customer relationship/customer service roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
