Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM ( For Export Jewellery industry)to manage and optimize our customer relationship management strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, and improving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.

- Work with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to streamline the customer journey.
