SOHO B2B Sales Executive

Doha, Qatar

We are looking for a dynamic SOHO Sales Representative to join our growing Starlink team. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) customers.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate weekly forecasts aligned to monthly revenue targets.
  • Build lasting customer loyalty through exceptional service and professional interactions.
  • Ensure real-time updates in the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system, including daily reports on customer visits and closed deals.
  • Work closely with team leaders to guarantee timely processing and closure of customer requests.


Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:


  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned quotas and KPIs.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue opportunities to offer additional products or services tailored to customer needs.
  • Market Insights: Collect and report customer feedback and competitor activity to enhance product offerings.
  • Customer Management: Deliver a seamless experience throughout the customer journey—from first contact to after-sales support.
  • Reporting: Submit timely and accurate daily sales reports and regular performance forecasts.


Job Requirements


Education:

  • Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field


Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in direct sales or other customer-facing roles
  • Proven record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in telecom, retail, or direct sales environments
  • Strong background in customer service, complaint resolution, and satisfaction improvement
  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales tracking tools


Skills & Competencies


Technical Skills:

  • Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of Starlink products/services and ability to communicate their benefits.
  • Sales Techniques: Skilled in upselling, cross-selling, and closing deals confidently.
  • CRM & Reporting: Proficient in maintaining accurate records, managing customer data, and daily activity logging.
  • Pricing & Promotions: Good grasp of pricing structures and active promotional campaigns.
