Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager located in Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh, India. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, addressing customer queries and concerns, and ensuring satisfactory resolution. They will also be responsible for maintaining customer records, providing product information and support, and assisting in the sales process.

• Ability to manage and resolve customer issues effectively
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Sales and customer support experience
• Proficiency in using CRM software and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is mandatory
