Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with strong expertise in medical billing and exceptional communication skills, particularly a fluent American accent. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Customer Service or Call Center operations, with the ability to handle US-based clients professionally and efficiently. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving queries, maintaining billing accuracy, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and coordinate with US-based clients via calls and emails.
  • Manage customer inquiries, concern, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure accurate and timely medical billing processes.
  • Maintain and update records using Excel and other CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal billing, coding, and support teams for issue resolution.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through consistent follow-ups and proactive service.
  • Generate and analyze reports using MS Excel for tracking performance and client management.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Customer Service / Medical Billing / Call Center).
  • Strong command of the English language with an American accent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
  • In-depth understanding of US Healthcare and Medical Billing processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
  • Willing to work in the night shift
  • Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).

Job Type: Full-Time (Night Shift)

Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Location: Old Airport Road, Fazal Town phase 2, Rawalpindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
