- Handle branch walk-in customers and ensure maximum conversion.
- Explain company products such as Gold Purchase, Gold Loan, MGIP, Silver & Settlement options.
- Follow up on telephonic leads, data leads, references, and old customers.
- Ensure zero non-conversion for qualified walk-ins.
- Daily tele-calling to assigned leads and data.
- Collect customer references from existing customers.
- Participate in data collection and local marketing activities.
- Maintain proper lead follow-up tracker and closure status.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collect Google reviews, WhatsApp channel joins, and referrals.
- Update daily work status to Branch Head.
- Coordinate with Operations Executive for smooth closure.
- Maintain customer records accurately in system/register.
