Customer Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager with 0–2 years of experience to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will ensure continuous engagement, stay in regular contact with clients, and consistently meet customer requirements to achieve high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers.
• Stay in regular contact with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and service requests.
• Ensure timely response and follow-up on customer concerns.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally to meet expectations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and take proactive steps to improve service quality.
• Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and strengthen relationships.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or sales support.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
