Customer Relationship Manager

1. Registrations and Customer Follow Ups

Handle all the bookings done by the sales team in the most efficient and successful manner. Ensure the complete follow-up and customer satisfaction are maintained up until the registrations are positively completed.

2. CRM System Implementation & Optimization

· Select, implement, and customize CRM systems to meet organizational needs.

· Assess existing setups and recommend improvements or new platforms based on industry best practices.

· Optimize workflows to ensure seamless integration with sales and marketing activities.

3. Data Organization & Maintenance

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.

· Ensure quick accessibility to client history, preferences, and interaction records.

· Apply best practices for data entry and organization to deliver reliable insights.

4. Workflow Development & Automation

· Design and automate workflows to streamline repetitive administrative tasks.

· Set up reminders, follow-up sequences, and data entry protocols to boost efficiency.

5. Sales & Marketing Alignment

· Create reporting systems and processes that align sales and marketing teams.

· Enable targeted campaigns and data-driven prioritization of leads.

6. Data Analysis & Strategic Insights

· Analyze CRM data to identify trends, sales cycles, and engagement patterns.

· Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

7. Team Communication & Training

· Train and support team members in effective CRM usage.

· Ensure clarity and consistency in CRM-related processes across departments.

8. Data Security & Compliance

· Implement access controls and safeguards to protect sensitive customer data.

· Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.

9. Regulatory Liaison & Approvals

· Coordinate with government offices, municipal bodies, development authorities, RERA offices, revenue departments, and utility providers to secure necessary approvals.

· Obtain licenses, permits, NOCs, and other clearances related to land acquisition, construction, and occupancy.

· Ensure adherence to all real estate laws, building codes, and environmental regulations.

10. Documentation & Compliance Management

· Prepare and submit applications, proposals, and reports to authorities.

· Maintain accurate records of correspondence, approvals, and legal documentation.

· Monitor and communicate changes in relevant real estate regulations.

11. Relationship Management with Authorities

· Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in government and semi-government bodies.

· Represent the company in official meetings and negotiations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
