Job Opening: CRM Executive (Client Relationship Management)

Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Industry Preference: Real Estate / Interiors / Construction or Relevant Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and objections professionally and effectively.
  • Coordinate between internal teams (Sales, Design, Accounts, Operations) to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communication and follow-ups in CRM systems.
  • Track and report client-related updates, feedback, and escalations to management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the real estate or allied industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability in handling customer objections and conflict resolution.
  • Well-versed in CRM tools and follow-up practices.
  • Organized, proactive, and client-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
