In the Amazon field, CRM refers to tools and strategies used to manage buyer relationships within Amazon’s rules, often using software to:

  • Track buyer behavior,
  • And enhance customer satisfaction.

CRM for Amazon Sellers:

  • Managing Buyer Interactions
  • Tracking customer messages through Amazon's messaging system (e.g., Buyer-Seller Messaging).
  • Managing returns, complaints, and inquiries efficiently.
  • Requesting Reviews and Feedback
  • Using Amazon-approved tools or third-party CRM platforms to automate review requests.
  • Tracking which customers leave reviews or feedback.
  • Segmenting Customer Types
  • Identifying repeat buyers, high-value customers, or those who often return products.
  • Third-Party CRM Tools for Amazon
