Position Overview
We are seeking to hire who can support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations for assigned properties. This role involves assisting in the management of residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments—ensuring they are well-maintained, cost-efficient, and deliver a high standard of service to occupants and stakeholders.
Roles & responsibilities
1. Assist the Property Manager in overseeing property operations including maintenance, security, housekeeping, landscaping, and utilities.
2. Coordinate with contractors, facility teams, and vendors for scheduled maintenance, repair work, and emergency response.
3. Monitor service quality and enforce SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance with outsourced vendors.
4. Respond promptly to tenant/resident concerns, inquiries, and service requests to ensure high satisfaction.
5. Help manage property budgets, track expenses, and support preparation of financial and operational reports.
6. Conduct periodic inspections of buildings, amenities, and common areas to ensure safety and functionality.
7. Assist with tenant onboarding, move-in/move-out processes, and documentation.
8. Maintain property records, lease agreements, and compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
9. Support event coordination, community engagement initiatives, and amenity usage.
10. Work with the legal and finance teams on rent collection, arrears follow-up, and documentation.
Required & Skills:
1. Excellent verbal & written communication skills, ability to call, connect and interact with potential clients.
2. Strong computer skills, including Office Suite (MS Word, Power Point & MS Excel).
3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational ability.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
