Cubix Digital Solutions is a fast-growing back-office and operations partner for Apex Jewellers Limited, a UK- and Ireland-based jewellery group that operates three leading retail brands – Diamond Heaven, Shining Diamonds, and Diamond Quarter – with 15 retail stores, 3 websites, and a total team of over 100 professionals across the UK, Ireland, and India.

With offices in Mumbai and Hyderabad, Cubix supports end-to-end operations including order management, supplier coordination, logistics, and customer support for Apex Jewellers.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team and serve as the first line of support for our customers. The role will primarily involve handling customer support emails and ensuring timely, professional, and accurate responses.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer support emails & other channels.
• Provide updates on order status, delivery timelines, and changes/cancellations.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations for timely resolutions.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Assist with basic product inquiries and guide customers where needed.
• Share customer feedback and trends with management for improvements.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and customer empathy abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple queries simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with CRM or helpdesk tools is a plus.
• Team player with a customer-first mindset.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (on-site at Dadar office)
• Saturday: Work from home

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
