Job Summary:

Customer Relationship Officer(CRO) will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and representing Homegenie’s products at the field level. The role involves active selling, lead generation, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with the company’s standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients in the assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell Homegenie’s building products to B2B and B2C customers.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitor activities.
  • Collect client feedback and report market trends to the Sales Manager.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, ERP, or other sources.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (pre-sales, logistics, production) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Basic knowledge of building materials and construction industry is a plus.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP tools.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum: Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Preferred: Prior experience in field sales, preferably in building products or related industries.
  • Valid driving license is a plus.

Performance Metrics:

  • Achievement of sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Number of new accounts added.
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback ratings.
  • Lead follow-up efficiency and reporting accuracy.

Work Environment:

  • Primarily field-based with travel within assigned territory.
  • Requires flexibility to attend client meetings, exhibitions, and site visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
