Customer Relationship - Sales Manager

India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide quick, effective solutions.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
  • Share product and service details with customers over calls/meetings.
  • Keep track of customer feedback and prepare simple reports.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales/Customer Service (BFSI/Insurance/Banking preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.
