As part of this growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Inbound Sales Agent to join our dynamic sales team and convert inbound leads into loyal customers.

Position Overview

The Inbound Sales Agent will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers who reach us through inbound channels—including phone calls, emails, live chat, and web inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to understand customer needs to recommend effective solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound calls and communications from prospective U.S.-based customers
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Convert qualified inbound leads into successful sales
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM
  • Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to enhance the customer journey
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inbound sales, preferably targeting U.S. or international markets
  • Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales-related software
  • (Optional) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
