Responsibility:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales performance.
