Customer Sales and Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer messages on WhatsApp, Instagram & Facebook
• Reply to comments and inbox queries
• Convert leads into orders
• Handle customer calls and resolve queries
• Conduct video calls for product demo & guidance
• Follow up with customers
• ⁠Handle warranty claim products

Requirements:

• Female candidate only
• Full-time availability (No students)
• Strong communication skills (Urdu + basic English)
• Confident on calls & video
• Patient, responsible, and sales-oriented

Job Details:

• Working Days: Monday – Saturday ( Sunday Work from Home)
• Working Hours: 11:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• On-site full time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs30,000.00 per month
