Customer Sales Representative

Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.

Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer queries effectively.

Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication.

Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

Meet daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Accurately record customer interactions in the system.

Ensure excellent customer experience by maintaining professionalism during calls.

Requirements:

Male candidate with 1.5–3 years of relevant experience.

Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).

Confident personality with sales-driven mindset.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Ability to work night shifts with consistency and punctuality.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
