About the Role

Aura Technologies is looking for experienced and motivated Customer Sales Representatives (CSR) to join our Medicare campaign team. The role involves handling customer interactions professionally, ensuring accuracy of information, and maintaining compliance with campaign standards.

Key Responsibilities
Verify and confirm customer details to ensure accuracy.

Maintain compliance with Medicare guidelines and company protocols.

Record and update customer information in the system.

Work towards achieving daily/weekly campaign goals.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in a Medicare campaign.

Excellent communication and listening skills in English.

Strong attention to detail with a focus on compliance.

Ability to work evening/night shift (7:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m. Pakistan Time).

Positive, professional, and target-oriented attitude.

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000

Earning Potential: Up to PKR 150,000+ with commissions/incentives
