JD for Sales Call and Customer Sales Representative:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner in fully fluent English. Must have US or UK English accent.
- Should be able to create and follow communication “scripts” to handle different topics.
- Should be able to carry out customer surveys and also collect basic information from customers.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage potential customers by going the extra mile
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Draft Lead and proposal Emails, Update Lead Sheets and Sales Funnels
- Be familiar with various leading CRM’s.
- Should be able to handle calls and transfer to relevant stakeholders.
- Should be able to take messages and pass them on through various channels.
- Should be able to draft emails, letters and proposal packs. Also should be able to book meetings on calendars.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer support role or a sales role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening - UK or US accent is a must.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
