Location: 1st Floor, Save Mart (Above Save Mart), Bahria Phase 2, Rawalpindi

Job Description:
We’re hiring a proactive and confident Customer Service Representative to handle client interactions, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
