Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Sales Representative with expertise in inbound/outbound calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to engage potential and existing customers effectively. This role focuses on proactive outreach to generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and promote products or services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Inbound/outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or resolve issues.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to nurture customer relationships.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly inbound/outbound call and sales targets.
• Handle objections professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and customer engagement strategies.
• Provide feedback from customers to help improve products, services, and customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in inbound/outbound calling and customer service roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must Having Bachelor's Degree

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
