Customer Sales Representative

Globe Call Centre is hiring experienced and driven Customer Sales Representatives to join our outbound sales team for a leading Canadian internet services provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to Canadian customers (B2B & B2C) to promote and sell internet service packages.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best plan or solution.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Handle customer queries and concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Represent the company with excellent communication and a positive attitude in every interaction.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales or international call centre experience (preferably Canadian or US campaigns).
• Language: Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident accent.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
