Job Title: Customer Sales Representative - Intern

Location: On-site Gulberg II Lahore

Job Overview:

The Customer Sales Representative Intern at US Packaging will support the sales team in engaging with customers, managing inquiries, and promoting packaging products and services. This internship provides practical experience in sales operations, customer communication, and market research, preparing interns for a successful career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling customer inquiries through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and order documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer data and sales records in the company’s CRM system.
• Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
• Learn and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in English is necessary to effectively communicate with our UK and US-based customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in learning about B2B sales and customer relationship management.
• Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Highly motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Lahore Gulberg Colony: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
