About the Role

ATU Logistics is seeking energetic, confident, and results-oriented Customer Sales Representatives to join our night shift team in Lahore.

In this role, you will engage with clients across the US and Canada, promote our freight forwarding and logistics services, and build strong, long-term business relationships that drive success for both our clients and our company.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and are eager to grow their career in logistics sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Present and promote ATU Logistics’ freight and transportation services to prospective clients.
• Identify customer needs and recommend tailored logistics solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Follow up on leads through calls and emails to convert prospects into repeat customers.
• Maintain accurate client and sales information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with dispatch and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Address customer concerns proactively and provide effective solutions.
• Stay up to date on company services, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles (experience with US/Canada market preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and email communication tools.
• Confident, motivated, and target-oriented with the ability to perform under pressure.
• Availability for full-time night shifts at our Lahore office (near DHA Phase 6).
