This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore for a Call Center Representative at Orient Digital Solutions. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, utilizing interpersonal skills, offering customer support, and demonstrating computer literacy in daily tasks.

• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
