Customer Sales Representative

Job Description:
We seek a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, making calls to advertise and promote our company products, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be key in driving sales, increasing brand visibility, and maintaining customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, providing detailed information about our products and services.
• Promote and advertise company products to potential customers through calls and other communication channels.
• Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
• Manage and update customer databases and records efficiently.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies and achieve targets.
• Maintain knowledge of the company's products and industry trends.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Previous experience in sales or marketing.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a positive attitude.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain focus on achieving results.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and basic office software.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools or platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month

• Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Tele Marketing & Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
