Title: Customer Sales Representative

Location: Lahore

Timings: Night Shift (Rotational – 09 hours)

Working Days: Initialing 05 days or maybe 06 days in future considering business needs.

Responsibilities:

• As a Fronter, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• As a sales closer, you will be responsible for finalizing sales deals with customers and finding prospects, following sales leads, discussing terms with potential customers, and convincing them.
• Follow Communication Scripts while speaking to customers.
• Upsell Products & services when possible.
• Build sustainable customer relationship.

Requirements:

• Education: Should have bachelor's degree (intermediate may also apply)
• Experience: Atleast 01 year of relevant experience (Fresh candidates may also apply)
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be tech savvy to use multiple software.
• Must be a team player.
