We are hiring energetic and confident individuals who want to start or grow their career in the U.S. trucking and logistics industry. This role is ideal for fresh candidates or individuals with basic sales or call center experience who are willing to learn and grow in a performance-based environment. You will be responsible for finding and onboarding U.S.-based truck owner-operators and trucking companies and helping them connect with our professional dispatch services. Job Responsibilities Contact and onboard truck owner-operators and small trucking companies in the U.S. Generate leads through calls, social media, online platforms, and referrals. Explain company dispatch services, benefits, and pricing to potential clients. Build long-term professional relationships with carriers. Maintain daily call records and update lead data in CRM or tracking systems. Coordinate with dispatch team for smooth client onboarding. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Follow company sales scripts, SOPs, and communication standards. Ideal Candidate Profile Fresh candidates are welcome, but sales or call center experience will be a plus. Strong English speaking and communication skills (Mandatory). Confident personality with good convincing and negotiation skills. Basic understanding of U.S. trucking or dispatch industry is preferred (Training will be provided). Ability to work during U.S. business hours / night shift (Pakistan Time). Must be punctual, disciplined, and target-driven. Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn CRM and load boards.
