Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Customer Sales Representatives to join our US campaign team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with US-based customers, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls to generate and close sales.
• Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) – US accent is a plus.
• Previous sales or call center experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work night shifts (US time zone).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented mindset and self-motivation.
