About the Role:

The Estimason Private Limited is looking for a motivated Customer Sales Representative to handle estimation inquiries and customer engagement for our UK and US markets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple client interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries from the UK and US regarding product/service estimates.
• Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell company services.
• Record and track customer interactions, leads, and quotations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and potential improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or estimation is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and quotation preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
