Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international prospects to generate qualified leads
• Professionally present company services and create client interest
• Collect and verify accurate customer information
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the closing team
• Maintain updated and detailed records in the CRM system
• Follow call scripts and sales guidelines while ensuring a natural and engaging conversation
• Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, call quality, and compliance

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills (spoken and listening)
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office, email)
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Previous sales or call center experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
