Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Sales Representative to join our pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong customer communication, tracking stock and invoice updates, and providing timely insights to the Accounts department and the CEO to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regularly to obtain updates on stock levels and inventory status
• Follow up on invoices, payments, and order confirmations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Provide regular reports and insights on stock movement and customer trends to the Accounts
• Identify potential issues in the supply chain or customer orders and report proactively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or B.Com or B.A
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or the pharmaceutical industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and reporting abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting understanding
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
