Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Customer Sales Representative with experience in handling inbound and outbound sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will engage with potential and existing customers, promote products or services, generate leads, and convert inquiries into sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from customers interested in products or services and convert inquiries into sales
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers for lead generation, sales campaigns, and follow-ups
• Promote and explain products, services, and special offers to customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales opportunities
• Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in inbound and outbound sales campaigns
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Ability to build repport with customers and influence purchasing decisions
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
• Strong multitasking and time management skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in call centers, telesales, or BPO environments
• Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or customer acquisition campaigns
• Ability to work flexible shifts if required

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
