Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, providing detailed information about the company's services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

Qualifications
- Proficient in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Sales strategizing and customer service skills, including client needs assessment and query resolution
- Familiarity with construction industry concepts, including project estimation and engineering services, is a bonus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
- Proficiency in problem-solving and handling client challenges patiently
- Competency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
- Minimum of a high school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, B2B Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
