Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a welcoming and professional manner to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and service requests both in person and via phone or online channels
• Promote and upsell products or services that meet customer needs, enhancing their experience while achieving sales targets
• Process transactions accurately, including payments, returns, exchanges, and order entries
• Maintain thorough knowledge of current promotions, product features, and company policies to effectively inform customers
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction
• Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with promotional materials to create an inviting shopping environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team sales goals while supporting overall store operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfortable using point-of-sale systems, computers, or other digital tools required for transactions
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to engaging customers and identifying sales opportunities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• A genuine desire to help others and create memorable customer experiences
