We are a growing custom printing & packaging company looking for motivated and energetic Customer Sales Representatives to join our team.

Position Details:

• Role: Customer Sales Representative
• Shift: Night Shift (Onsite)
• Gender: Both males & females can apply

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer inquiries for custom packaging projects
• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales
• Maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with design and production teams

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Willingness to work night shift
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply (training provided)

Requirements:

• Packaging Sales Experience
• Chat Support

• Call support
• Fluent in English with an American accent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident and professional while dealing with customers over calls, chats, and emails
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus
