Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Sales Representative with DME (Durable Medical Equipment) experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in DME sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and healthcare providers. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, managing orders, verifying insurance, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with DME product inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
- Promote and sell DME products and services to patients, healthcare facilities, and referral sources.
- Verify insurance coverage, obtain prior authorizations, and coordinate with billing teams for claims processing.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, sales, and customer information in CRM systems.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies while managing patient information.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, insurance regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of DME sales or customer service experience (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of DME products, insurance verification, and prior authorization processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
