Shift: 7:00 pm to 2:00 am

Overview

We are looking for an experienced DME Customer Sales Representative to handle outbound/inbound calls, qualify patients, and guide them through the DME process. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, experience with DME products, and a solid understanding of insurance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential patients to verify eligibility for DME products.
• Communicate clearly with patients to gather required medical and insurance information.
• Educate patients about DME products such as braces, diabetic supplies, and other medical equipment.
• Ensure all information collected meets DME and insurance compliance standards.
• Enter accurate patient details into the CRM or billing system.
• Follow up with patients regarding missing documents or additional information.
• Coordinate with QA, editors, and verification teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets and maintain productivity standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information (HIPAA compliance).

Requirements

• Must have previous DME campaign experience.
• Strong English communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of DME terminology, product types, and qualification requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong listening skills and ability to handle objections.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling Medicare/Medicaid patient calls.
• Understanding of HIPAA and DME insurance rules.
• Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently.
