Customer Sales Representative (Female)

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Sales Representatives to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls, introducing our services/products to potential customers, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell products/services.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Follow up with leads to convert into successful sales.
• Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Prior experience in telesales, outbound sales, or call center will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
