Job Description:

OZ Group is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Representative to join our team onsite in Bahria Orchard, Lahore. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
• Process orders and create shipping labels
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Maintain reports and operational data using Microsoft Excel and CRMS
• Follow company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude

- Fluent English Speaking is mandatory
