Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Customer Sales Representative with experience in the packaging and printing industry. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to dealing with international clients, particularly in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales
• Handle international clients professionally
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and pipeline

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in packaging and printing sales
• Prior experience dealing with international clients (mandatory)
• Proven ability to achieve high sales targets
• Exceptional English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong negotiation and client-handling skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
