Position: Customer Sales Representative

Role Overview:
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and strengthening our presence in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and other communication channels.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty.
• Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to accurately and confidently address customer needs.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a positive and seamless experience.
• Update and manage customer records and interactions using CRM software.
• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine sales strategies and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Chat Support Agent or in a related customer-facing role, ideally within the packaging industry.
• Solid knowledge of packaging campaigns, with a focus on the US, Canadian, or UK markets.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to delivering customer satisfaction.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Shift: Night shift

Timings 8:00 PM - 5:00AM
